Design Community & Influence

As a design leader in Kansas City, it's important that I share my passion, experience and knowledge with the broader design community. I've spoken at UXPA, CXPA, Big Data, and Client Conferences on the importance of Experience Design, the merits of Goal-Directed Design, and Empathy as a catalyst to business outcomes. I've been told that people can't help but be swept away with my passion because it's contagious.
